Product Orders & Refund Returns Policy
Product Orders
We endeavour to ensure that our product list is current however we give no undertaking as to the availability of any product advertised on our website.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST. GST will be removed from all international orders.
Our prices are displayed with each product and displayed on the products page of our website and we reserve the right to amend our prices at any time.
Packaging and postage is an additional charge, calculated at time of purchase.
We will undertake to dispatch your order within Five days of receiving your order.
Title in the goods passes to you when we have received payment for your order. All risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you when we despatch the goods.
If the product you ordered is being supplied to you from another supplier on behalf of Gemrock Investments, you assume all risk of loss or damage associated with that product and its delivery.
You agree by placing your order, to not hold Gemrock Investments and its subsidiaries liable for any loss or damage associated with the product and or its delivery when the product being supplied to you from another supplier on behalf of Gemrock Investments.
Product Returns
1. After signing to receive handing over goods from the delivery logistic company, buyers shall have 14 days in which to examine the goods. If the buyer is not satisfied with the goods, they should notify us via email at info@gemrockinvestments.com.au
Goods will be accepted in this period as long as the post mark on the returned parcel is within the 14 day period. After we receive the returned goods the buyer shall be reimbursed by their original payment method after deducting expense of delivery.
All goods should be returned undamaged in the same condition as they were sent in and should be sent with their original packing along with any free gifts that were included. Any goods not returned in their original condition will be returned to the sender at their cost.
Any packing and postage charges for return of undamaged goods for exchange are entirely at your cost and risk.
2. The buyers shall pay for duty, delivery and other expenses that may be necessary to return the goods.
3. We undertake to fully reimburse you for any product delivered to you that is faulty or is in a damaged condition. If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, you must notify us via email at info@gemrockinvestments.com.au

We also undertake to exchange, issue a credit or a refund for any undamaged product purchased from us so long as it is returned unused, undamaged, with original product boxing/packaging and with proof of purchase within 14 days of purchase
Please note that any product that is returned to sender due to the customer not accepting the parcel without first contacting us may incur a 15% restocking fee and new shipping fees if the item is required to be sent a second time.
